I built this because I needed it first

Alejandro Merson

I'm Alejandro. I coach because I have a deep passion for helping people take full control of their body and mind. There are answers to every problem you're facing. My job is to find them, build them into your blueprint, and coach you through every phase.

I actively study kinesiology, nutrition, biology, and chemistry because I believe coaching should be rooted in science, not trends. I've broadened my understanding of how the body actually works so that every formula in your blueprint is peer-reviewed and every recommendation is backed by real evidence.

Questions answered

What exactly is a blueprint?
It's your complete game plan. It tells you exactly what to eat and how much, your full training program, which supplements to take and when, how to recover, and a daily system to keep you on track. Every number is calculated from your body, your goals, and your schedule. It's not a template. It's built for you.
How is this different from a meal plan?
A meal plan is one piece. This is the whole system. Your blueprint explains why each number was chosen, gives you strategies for real situations, and connects every variable so you understand how they affect each other.
How are my numbers calculated?
Every target comes from peer-reviewed formulas run against your exact data, your weight, training history, goals, and schedule, so nothing is guessed or pulled off a generic chart. Once those numbers are calculated, I review all of it personally, add the coaching context, and make sure it fits your real life. The formulas do the math. I do the coaching.
Do I need experience?
No. Your blueprint is calibrated to where you are right now. Whether you've been training for 5 years or 5 weeks, the system adapts.
What if things change mid-plan?
That's what check-ins are for. Every two weeks we review your data and adjust. Your blueprint is a living system, not a one-time delivery.
How do check-ins and blueprint rebuilds work?
Every check-in, you submit your weight, measurements, photos, and how you're feeling. I review your data personally and send back written feedback with any adjustments. When it's time for a rebuild, I recalculate everything from scratch: new calories, new macros, new targets, all based on where your body is now, not where it was when you started.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. You keep your blueprint regardless.
